Before you apply.

Other questions: help@onesolutions.com

Is this door-to-door?

Yes. Setters and new sales reps start most conversations at the door. Brendon started that way 13 years ago.

How does pay work?

Sales reps earn commission on every roof, about $1,600 on an average Las Vegas roof. Setters earn per inspection plus a bonus when the roof closes. Need base pay to start? Say so in the application.

Do I need roofing experience?

No. Rooferschool teaches the roof, the process and the homeowner conversation before you work on your own.

Do I need a car?

Yes: a valid license and a reliable car. You drive to homes across the valley.

I'm moving to Vegas. Can I apply?

Yes. Pick “I'm moving here within 30 days” and the office calls you.

How fast will I hear back?

If you're a fit, you book on the spot. If the office has questions, it calls within one business day.

The first team starts now.
